Jen & Ben
Jen and Ben are native Pennsylvanians and have lived in Western PA for the past 25 years. Having lived in southwestern PA for many years, Jen is very familiar with the Pittsburgh region and areas south. Having lived in Northwestern PA, Ben is very familiar with all areas north of Pittsburgh. Together they have extensive knowledge of western PA and buy properties from the West Virginia border to the New York border.
So why should you sell your home to us??
Well, for one, we are a LOCAL couple that cares about our communities and enjoy taking homes that need a little love and giving them life again. We are not wholesalers that simply puts your home under contract and then sells that contract to other investors. We are also not your typical house “flipper” that improves a home and sells in on the market for a large profit.
What makes us different is that we take a home, typically vacant or heavily dated, and make some improvements. We then owner finance those homes to usually young families. Many of our buyers have been long time renters who never thought they could own or people who have credit problems for whatever reason. There is nothing like the feeling of giving keys to someone who never imagined that they could own their own home!
